Roles
Four roles. One per war.
Each person has one role in each war. The owner adjusts what Admin, Member and Guest can do; roles, plan and payment are always only the owner's.
Everything: guilds, lists, members, guests, roles, the war's settings, its plan and its payment.

Verification
You choose how your people prove who they are.
In each war the owner picks one or more methods. Passing one of them is enough.

Paste a code in the character's comment on tibia.com. The strongest: only the owner of the account can edit it, and it keeps being checked.
Log in in the game
Within 10 minutes, log out and back in with that character: the war's radar sees it. For characters of the guilds the war watches.
Approved by the owner or an admin
Ask to enter, and the owner or an admin accepts you from Members.

How often does the board update?
Every 3 seconds on Pro Advanced, every 5 seconds on Premium and every 15 seconds on Basic. The data comes from Tibia.com, so if Tibia.com is slow to show a login, the board is too.
Can two people share one account?
No. Each user has one open session: signing in somewhere else closes the previous one.
Do sound alerts ring for everyone?
No. Each member sets their own alerts and only they hear them, while the war board is open in their browser.
