I am the owner of the war
Sign in at tsbot.co with your TsBot account: the same username, password and two-step code as your panel.
Choose the world and the friend and enemy guilds. Each guild is checked against Tibia for that world.
In “Members & roles”, press “Create invite link” and share the link. It is shown only once. Each person creates an account and verifies a Tibia character.
New members enter as Guest. Give each one a role in “Members & roles”: Admin, Member or Guest. The table “Roles & permissions” shows what every role can do.
In “My alerts” each person chooses what to hear: many logins at once, a character logging in, deaths. They play while the board is open.
The plan screen of your war says until when it is paid, and how it is paid. If that date passes without a plan, the board closes for everyone until you choose one.
I was invited to a war
It comes from the owner or an admin of the war. Sign in there with your tsbot.co account, or create one.
In “My character”, write the name of your Tibia character, paste the WID we give you in its comment on tibia.com and press “Check now”. Leave the WID there.
If your character is in a friend guild of the war, you enter right away as Guest. If it is not, the card of the war in “My wars” tells you what you can do.
In “My alerts” each person chooses what to hear: many logins at once, a character logging in, deaths. They play while the board is open.
Verifying your character (WID)
What is the WID?
A code that is unique to your account. Only the owner of a character can edit its comment on tibia.com, so placing the WID there proves the character is yours. It works like the TID of the TeamSpeak bot and can sit next to it.
Where do I paste it?
On tibia.com: Account → your character → Edit → Comment. Save it, come back to “My character” and press “Check now”. We read your character page once, when you press the button.
Can I remove the WID once I am verified?
No. The WID must stay in the comment. If we stop seeing it we warn you, and if it does not come back the character loses its access until you verify again.
It says the WID was not found
The comment does not show your WID yet. Check that you saved the comment on tibia.com and that the code is complete, then press “Check now” again. There is a short wait between checks.
Can I change my character?
Yes, in “My character”. Each account is tied to one character, and a character can only belong to one account. You lose your access until the new character is verified.
My access was suspended
It happens when the WID is no longer in the comment, when we have not seen it for a long time, or when the character appears as traded or deleted. Open “My character”: it says which one it is and what to do.
The war board
What does the board show?
Two sides, enemies and friends, with the characters that are online now: level, vocation, how long they have been logged in, experience and recent deaths. Characters that logged in a few minutes ago are highlighted.
How fresh is the data?
The board updates by itself every few seconds; how often depends on the plan of the war. The line at the top says when the last data arrived. A death can take up to half a minute to appear.
What do the arrows in the Exp column mean?
They compare today with yesterday. Until Tibia publishes today's highscores (late morning) they show yesterday's result. Click the cell for the totals of yesterday, 7 days and 30 days. Characters outside the highscores have no experience figure.
What are lists and groups for?
To sort the characters of each side your way: mains, makers, whoever you want to keep an eye on. With the right role you create lists, move a character to another list or group and write a note on it. They are shared with the rest of the war.
How do I copy an exiva?
Click the name of a character: its exiva is copied, ready to paste in Tibia.
Can I open the board on several devices?
One session per account: signing in on another device closes the previous one. In the same browser you can keep a few tabs with the same board; past the limit, one of them is paused and says so.
Sound alerts
What can alert me?
Three things, each one optional: many characters of a list logging in together, a specific character logging in (a voice says its name), and deaths in the lists you choose.
Who hears my alerts?
Only you. Each person sets their own in “My alerts” and they are saved to their account. Nobody else is affected.
I do not hear anything
Alerts play only while the war board is open. Browsers block sound until you click on the page: press “Enable sound” on the bar the board shows. Check also the master volume and that your alerts are not paused. With several tabs open, only one of them plays.
Do they work on a phone?
Not reliably. A phone cuts the sound when the screen locks or the browser goes to the background. Use a computer with the board open.
Statistics
What is in the statistics?
Two sections. One for the war: kills and deaths between the two sides, top fraggers, the enemies who die the most and the hours when the enemy is online. One for experience: experience and levels gained or lost, by guild and by character.
Why does a period say “no data”?
History starts when the war is opened and we begin collecting from its guilds. Anything earlier is shown as “no data”, never as zero.
How far back can I look?
It depends on the plan of the war. The period selector marks the periods that come with a higher plan.
How is a kill counted?
A kill is ours when an enemy dies with at least one of ours among the killers. All the rules are at the bottom of “Statistics”, under “How this is counted”.
Members, roles and allies
How do people join my war?
With an invite link created in “Members & roles”. The link is shown only once, has an end date and a maximum number of people, and can be revoked. The invitation alone does not open the board: each person verifies a character.
What can each role do?
As they come: Guest sees the board (the notes only if the owner allows it); Member also writes notes, moves characters, manages lists and sees the members and the activity; Admin can do everything except roles, verification settings, plan and payment. The owner can adjust them in “Roles & permissions”. The Owner role cannot be changed.
What is an ally?
Someone whose character is not in your friend guilds. They ask to enter and the owner or an admin accepts them as Guest, for a limited time; the access ends on its own. It is part of the Pro Advanced plan.
A member left the guild
Access follows the character. If it leaves the friend guilds, its access ends by itself; that person can then ask to enter as an ally.
It says the war is full
Each plan allows a number of members with access. When it is reached, new members wait until the owner makes room or changes plan.
Who needs two-step verification?
Admins, and anyone whose role manages members or guests. The owner can also require it for everyone in the war. Everyone turns it on in Security, at tsbot.co.
Account and security
Which sign-in is mine?
Everyone signs in with their tsbot.co account: the owner and every member of the team.
I forgot my password
Your password is the one of your tsbot.co account: recover it there, with a code to your verified e-mail or WhatsApp.
I lost my phone or my authenticator app
Use one of your recovery codes instead of the 6 digits: each one works once. Two-step verification is the one of your tsbot.co account.
It says my session was opened somewhere else
Your account signed in on another device or browser, and that closes the previous session. If it was not you, change your password in Security, at tsbot.co.
Plans and payment
What plans are there?
Basic, Premium and Pro Advanced. They differ in how often the board updates, how many members and guilds per side they allow, how much history the statistics keep and the CSV export. The plan screen of each war shows what each one includes and its price.
What happens when the paid period ends?
If no plan was chosen, or the payment did not arrive, the board closes for everyone, with no read-only access, until the owner chooses or pays a plan. Lists, notes and statistics are kept for a while: the card of the war says until when. When the owner reactivates it, everyone gets their access back by itself.
How is it paid?
If you have TeamSpeak with TsBot, the war is paid together with it, in one single payment, and its plan is chosen in “My plan”, in your tsbot.co panel. If you do not, the plan screen of the war says how and when to pay.
I am a member. Do I pay anything?
No. Only the owner of the war sees its plan and its payments.
When something does not work
I cannot see a war
Open “My wars”: the card of the war says why and what to do. The usual reasons: your character is not verified, it is not in a friend guild, the war has reached the members of its plan, or the war is closed and waiting for its owner.
The board says it is reconnecting
It lost its live connection and is trying again by itself. If it stays like that, check your internet and reload the page.
